Its no secret, I absolutely love working out. It makes me feel great with ofcourse
the other added health benefits! It’s also no secret that I love training and aiding
people in their fitness journey.
Whether it’s my personal routine or the methods in which I train my clients the
most important thing for me is training smart. I prefer mind body forms of training
that work the entire body inside out. Focusing on all aspects of fitness and
ensuring one can be the best versions of themselves.
What is Pilates?
For me Pilates is synonymous with magic. Pilates has been life changing and life
saving for me. After my fall I tried a lot of different forms of exercise and the only
thing that healed me completely was Pilates.
Pilates was started by a man, Joseph Pilates, for men at war and then it was
transformed for ballet and contemporary dancers. So simply put Pilates will help
you get the strength and agility of a warrior and also a lean, long, flexible body of
a ballet dancer!
Pilates is a mind & body exercise methodology designed to elongate, strengthen
& restore the body. It focuses on all aspects of fitness ensuring you get the
maximum benefit from your workout. Pilates can be performed on a mat or on
specialized Pilates equipment.
For me the beauty of Pilates is its versatility and how customized a workout it can
be, keeping in mind your goals and fitness levels.

What is Electro Muscle Stimulation?
I tried EMS when I was in Germany and immediately fell in love. My
entire body felt worked out in just 20 minutes, with absolutely no impact
on the joints, focusing on a lot of muscle activation.
Electro Muscle Stimulation (EMS) training is a 20 minute bodyweight
workout, usually done just once a week. It activates 90% to 95% of all
your body muscles, including your deep back muscles and pelvic floor
muscles.
Our muscles contract through electric impulses (bioelectronics) in a
normal state. EMS training makes use of this effect. By employing hardly
noticeable external electro impulses, the natural effect is additionally
intensified and a highly effective training is achieved.
Almost anyone can do EMS, it is excellent for athletes, people with
injuries and even people who may not have a very active lifestyle but still
want to get some workout in!
